Based on the feedback from our last survey conducted in August 2006 we increased Internet Throughput speeds by 50%, developed new service plans to suit the growing demand for customized products and expanded our Corporate Office Resources to support the Service Delivery needs of our in-country partners. This is in addition to the resolution of individual queries raised by customers that participated in the survey.
