iWayafrica Nigeria Limited (INL) is a subsidiary of AFSAT Communications Limited, and was incorporated as a Limited Liability Company in Nigeria in 2004 to provide Afsat’s three core services; iWay broadband, iWay Dedicated and iWay Corporate Networks.

Currently there are over 650 of iWay sites deployed in Nigeria. VSAT solutions eliminate the use of terrestrial infrastructure such as fixed cables or wireless masts, which therefore eliminates the possibility of multiple points of failure for the subscriber.

INL has a Reseller Network in most major towns in Nigeria therefore having a representation spread across the Country. Our services target various sectors of the economy, including but not limited to corporate organizations, Cyber café, Schools, Government, NGOs, Manufacturing industries and SMEs.

The INL team in Nigeria comprises of young, dynamic Nigerians, ready to learn and grow with the Company. INL has committed itself to provide ongoing training for our staff to ensure that we continue to meet the highest standards in the industry. INL is also committed to being the company that will redefine the market and set standards for the industry in Nigeria.



Terms and conditions under which iWayAfrica (Nigeria) Limited (INL) provides the iWay Broadband Internet access service

All equipment and services provided by iWayAfrica (Nigeria) Limited, INL, are subject to the following terms and
conditions:

  1. Any sale is subject to the conditions and guidelines as set out in the INL Appropriate Use Policy (AUP) document attached to this document.

  2. Any free or subsidized equipment are provided on condition that the equipment remains the property of INL until subscription fees for a period of 12 months have been received by INL.

  3. The risk of loss or damage of Equipment (subsidized or not subsidized) will pass to the Subscriber upon delivery of the Equipment at the Subscriber’s designated location(s)

  4. iWay is a strictly pre-paid service.

  5. A subscriber may request for the service to be deactivated and INL can deactivate the service if it’s subscription fees are not received on time.

  6. Should subscription fees not be received for more than two months, that is on all services accessed via free or subsidized equipment, then that equipment must be returned to INL immediately.

  7. Failure by either party to exercise any rights under this Agreement in any one or more instances will not constitute a waiver of such rights in any other instance. Waiver by such party of any default under this Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of any other default

  8. INL can change pricing for iWay services by giving 90days notice
