May 2018: Customer Service Engineer, Cape Town

iWayAfrica (South Africa) has a vacancy for a Customer Service Engineer. We are seeking an enthusiastic, well-mannered candidate with good experience in interacting with distributors, partners and end-users .  Technical experience with VSAT services is advantageous, as is bi-lingual English and Afrikaans. Core focus will be on remote support for our VSAT customers. Apr 2018: Customer Service Engineer, Nairobi

iWayAfrica has an opportunity for a Customer Service Engineer within its VSAT and multi-national business team. Key responsibilities include installation, maintenance, provision of technical support to customers, troubleshooting problems and creating solutions. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum two years’ working experience in a busy support environment, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Knowledge of VSAT systems is essential. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, this Nairobi-based role services African corporate and distributor partners.
